Question : Hi Dr..
Please reviews attached pics.
Rashes below neck with mild burning sensation...I also got this kind of rashes below chest 2 mnths ago now it's gone but started below neck now..... May I knw why this rashes appear and please suggest treatment for permanent relief...

Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
You have developed fungal infection.
As there is burning sensation you need treatment with an antifungal and steroid first followed by only antifungal.
Apply ointment candid B for 7 days followed by ointment Luliconazole twice daily application for 30 days.
You can also take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for a month and tablet cetrizine 10 mg in night for 15 days.
This combination is safe and effective.
