Question : Please share opinion on attached ECG :
Male, 46 years,
No H/O : DM/HTN/lipid/BA
Adimmited for Acute Gastritis July 2016 in and for Infectious colitis in July 2018

Hello

It’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate and no other significant STT changes.

Overall it’s a normal ecg with need of further evaluation.

However taking other medical comorbidities into consideration it’s highly advisable to get a stress test done for proper further evaluation.

Doctors Comment ( Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ) : " Overall it’s a normal ecg with need of further evaluation.

My Question :

There is NO comorbidity for this patient.

Still we need to go for Stress Test ??

My apologies as I misread No history of diabetes as history of diabetes.

If the patient is not undergoing any surgery then there is no need of further test.
