Brief Answer:
Metabolic Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting me with your health concern, after reviewing your health query, I am of the following opinion:

1. abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes are present in your history, thus do let me know about your lipid profile [ abnormal cholesterol/triglycerides levels] so that one can think along the line of Metabolic Syndrome.

PS. Having the presence of one or more symptoms doesn't mean you have metabolic syndrome but it does predispose you to a greater risk of serious disease.

2.OSA [moderate slep apnea] and NAFLD [non alcoholic fatty liver disease] is associated with obseity [+], glucoe intolerance [+] or vise versa and later prognosing to cardiovascular disease.

PS. let me know about your thyroid profile, insulin value, your BMI [according to height and weight].

3. In Ayurveda, I usually manage the patient[s] on the line of " santarpan XXXXXXX vikara" where underlying pathogenesis is: defective AGNI [metabolism] leading to the formation of AMA [undigested metabolic waste]

4. As per the description provided by you, we will first start with " Nidana Parivarjana" [dietary and lifestyle management] along with Detoxification medicines: which will help
- regulate the AGNI [metabolism]
- AMA elimination.
- XXXXXXX [fat] reduction

Do revert back with the above questionnaire.
