Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern ..

For constipation you can take syp dulcolax 15 ml with water at bed time...After physician consultation.

Along that I would suggest you to have fiber rich diet and lots of water to avoid constipation..

Also do physical exercises and brisk walking for good Gut health..
