thanks for posting the query to ask a doctor panel ,
The onset of cervical or vaginal itching especially in colder areas indicate a possibility of vaginitis or cervical erosion/ cervicitis. This needs to be diagnosed with a per speculum examination and a pap smear examination to rule it out.
However, in the meantime, you can opt for an alkaline vaginal wash like V-WASH to clean your vaginal area twice a day for next 10 days and this would help maintain the local vaginal pH and also relieve the itching.
