Brief Answer:
Please give details and post actual photographs. Get Urgent EKG done

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history.
Please provide additional information for me to assist you better:
Is there entry wound, that is any wound on hand?
Is there any exit wound on say foot or so that touched the ground?
How much was the voltage? current in hand with ''induction - what do you mean by Induction?''

First and foremost is to get an ECG/EKG (electrocardiogram) done to rule out any problem with heart.
If there is no injury or wound then plain simple painkiller can help.
To watch for further development at the site of shock as wound can develop later on.

Awaiting for feedback. Also post focused and clear photos of hte area affected.
