If you must take a medication, I recommend Melatonin. Take as needed. it is not a habit-forming drug.

                                    Dear Doctor , due to lockdown kids schools are off & they sleep late . I normally sleep late around 4 am in the morning & wakeup around 10am . I’m getting 6 hrs sleep & I feel fine with it on most days of week . On weekends I like to sleep early & longer for relaxation. But because my natural sleeping time is now around 4 am & I don’t fall asleep before this time . 
I want to take some sleeping pill on weekends that is safe & acts quickly without habit forming . I hope I have explained my point . Thank you for your interest .
