Well, the fever and back-pain may or may not be interrelated, and could be due to a number of causes (starting from simple muscular spasm to some gastrointestinal infection, kidney condition or even something else)...

In order to get the proper diagnosis, it is advisable to get yourself thoroughly checked up by an Internal Medicine specialist, there may also be a need to run some investigations as well...management can be decided based on the findings...

For temporary symptomatic relief, you can take Tab. PARACETAMOL 650mg after some food, drink plenty of water to remain well hydrated...
