Please Suggest Medication For Sleep Disorder

Question: Hello there I’m trying to be anonymous as I can but I am a teen abt to hit the 21 mark. And I am on several medications I apologize in advance but I my answer shortly. I am on several medications all for mental health and sleep related issues. Oxcarbazepine ( trileptal 900mg) HYDROXYZINE ( 50-100mg) Clonazepam .5 mg Buspirone 15mg two to three tablets a day) ramelton 8mg Trazodone 150mg now I only take these at night but once I’m a great while I will take that extra buspirone 15 Mg tab and I have a drivers Test today. Have not been able to get license due to anxiety and fear but I want to be clear headed. As a medical Professional in your opinion If I take that 15 mg Buspar would it be more likely for me to be less focused or make me not make me feel possibly tired sleepy, slowed thinking? And my final question is Would you advise me to take this today. Hoping to get some references from any doctor my appointment is in 3 hours need an answer immediately please. Also be advised I only take my medications all at night it would be the buspar only that I would take in a great while for anxiety for the best answer thank you to anyone who can answer
