Please Suggest Medicine I Have Very Bad Pain In My Back Both Hip

Question : I have very bad pain in my back both hip side and center of back, also want to say u that some time pain goes to both leg from hip side slowly slowly.
I have sitting problem without chair for long time.
plz suggest

A pain as you mention which radiates from back to legs is usually suggestive of sciatica pain .I would recommend an orthopediatrician opinion for further investigation and management .Such pain is usually managed with physiotherapy ,pain killers and supplements .Hope I have answered your query

its happened some time pain goes to leg from back, but most of time i have pain in my back side and both hip bon. some time i did not sleep well.
please suggest any medicine for the same.

Hi ,

Thank you for reverting back. Kindly get a vitamin d and b12 profile test done to rule out any deficiency which can also cause such symptoms .Until then you could take any over the counter painkiller such as paracetamol to help with the pain and I would advice tablet neurobion for 3 months once a day after food to help incase of nerve related pain .Pelvic floor and back stretching exercise on a regular basis will help in relieving the pain
