Question : Hi doctor, We are trying to conceive from last 1 year. My HSA reports from Dr lal Path lab has following - Rapid progressive(a) - 15 , Slow progressive(b) -20, Non-progressive(c)-30, Total Motile -65, Immotile -35. Please suggest medicine for increasing rapid progressive.

Tab Ashwagandha 500 mg Otherwise cause should be looked for and addressed.
