Question : Hi Doctor, i had fever,body pain and throat infection for a couple of days, took dolo and fever and body pain subsided but still throat infection and light headache is their. please suggest medicines for that. Thanks, Shubham

Hi,
I have read yourvquery and understood your concern
Since you say you have been having symptoms for couple of days and still suffer with only soar throat ,I would recommend warm salt water gargle 2 to 3 times per day to relieve throat infection. Incase throat irritation persists you could start antibiotic such as tablet erythromycin 250mg twice a day for 5 days.
