Question : Sir, I have had stomach ache for the last 10 days, due to the injury to the feet in the past, due to lack of correctness of the process, gas, indigestion, latrine does not come, do not feel hungry, stomach heaviness as soon as you eat or drink. Coming, thorny pain coming from the stomach to the waist and chest .... Please suggest some treatment

You can take Syrup Lactulose 15 ml twice a day for 3 days and your stomach will clear.
You can also go for naturopathy doctor and get liver detox with cocnut oil. It will help clearing digestion back to normal.
