Question : Hello Doctor, my wife has little dark patches on her both side of face. Attaching the photo for same. Please suggest the reason and treatment for it.

Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
She has developed melasma. It is very common in females.
She can apply depiwhite cream in night and a sunscreen with spf 50 in morning.
She has to use these creams for at least 6 months to get good results.
