Question : My grandmother is bured..Hot water fell on her chest. We applied ice, then some alovera. We also brought one tude from medical for buring Silver Nitrate Gel. Now there is liitle swalling and water is feeled inside it. What should we do now. I am affraid if it gets infected. Please suggest us for any medicide.

Hope the burns is in a small area but a clinical consultation is important to know and provide proper guidance.
Silver nitrate is one of the recommended treatments for a burn.
Burns treatment is done by plastic surgeon and if not available then please consult a general surgeon doctor.
After examining the doctor will decide to give antibiotics course and if any wound debridement is needed.
Please keep the burn area clean.
