Question: past 6 years back am met an accident now am getting pain in left knee and it is swelling, please suggest what do be done

Hello,

Well, the pain and swelling could be due to repeated injury to the musculoskeletal system, for symptomatic relief, apply some cold compression over the area three to four times daily for the next 24-48hrs, keep the left knee elevated, don't sit cross-legged...

Additionally, you should get yourself clinically checked up by an Orthopedics and management can be done based on the findings...
