                                    Brief Answer:
This is mostly urticaria.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of urticaria (skin allergy) is more likely.
It will be of great help if you can send me picture of your rashes.
You can take combination of anti allergic (montelukast) and antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine).
No home remedy is available.
Try to use new pillow, pillow cover, bed sheet, clothes, towels etc.
Avoid new perfumes, soaps, shampoos, moisturizer etc.
Do you have pets at home?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions so that I can guide you better.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

                                    Hi Doctor,
I have uploaded the image how it looks like.
It is not always there.
There is no history of allergy.
There is no pets.
I have been taking cetirizine to avoid these for sometime.
Thank you
