Brief Answer:
Regarding itchy patches on face and area around ears

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images. I can see faintly red, dry patches on both the cheeks and pre-auricular area

It could be either facial seborrheic dermatitis or contact dermatitis.
I would like to know if you also have dandruff on the scalp?
You may use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g either fluticasone propionate 0.05% creaam or betamethasone valerate 0.1% cream

Hope to assist you further. Take care. Let me know if you need any more assistance
