Question : Hi.
I am having white spots on my both cheeks and area around ears. I also feel itch for this. Please find attached pictures and advise.

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.

I can appreciate some faint white spots.
It seems to be seborrhoeic dermatitis.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antifungal combination creams like beclomethasone and clotrimazole cream (e.g. zydip C cream ) on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Fexofenadine 180 mg (e.g. tablet Allegra) once daily for 2 weeks.
Also, use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly.

This will help in clearing these spots.
