Question : i have had diarrhea for six weeks. i have had this before, two other times. Then it justs goes away. It usually comes on at night. Is it stress?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think that having chronic diarrhea, 6 weeks and repeatedly happening from time to time, can just be related to stress .
It can be irritable bowel syndrome too but further evaluations are required.
Do feces test to check for parasites and bacteria.
Also do occult blood test.
Different causes can cause this chronic diarrhea and it can be inflammatory bowel disease, bacteria or diabetes also.
Check your blood sugar levels.
