Question : Hi for about a year i have had this minor pain right under belly on right side usually when pressed, no fever no bump it is off and on today when i laid down i noticed it without pressing on it. I can feel it when i suck my stomach in off/on amd i do have to go to the bathroom. I hope this is a sataifactory explanation

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
As you are having right side lower abdominal pain without any other symptoms it could be due to renal calculus or appendicitis or enteritis or ovarian cyst.
But as you are not having fever and lump the chances of appendicitis are low.
As pain is on pressure only chances of stone are low.
As you are not having much symptoms, I want you to go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out the possible cause of your symptoms.
