Question : My father was having pain in the stomach for many days.

we just got a sonography report and the report says 'Mild Hepatomegaly with Hepatitis'.

I am just confused, is it a big problem and should I consult a specialist as because of corona I cant travel to city and I stay in a town.

Could you please guide me on how serious is this problem and what should be its treatment.

Well hepatomegaly and hepatitis is unlikely cause of pain.
Worthwhile doing a liver function test to look for hepatitis.
Also can do cbc lipase crp for abdominal pain.
In addition can try taking an antacid and mild anti spasmodic like mebiz sr twice a day.
Avoid oily spicy food and stress and see if it helps.
