Green stool could be suggestive of infection in intestinal tract in infants.
In most of the cases it's normal but in some case bacterial infection could cause green stools in infant.
I would suggest you to go for a stool routine test along with culture to know if there is any infection.
Was rotavirus vaccine given to baby?
