Brief Answer:
Alarm devices will be effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Nocturnal Enuresis (Bedwetting) is a common problem in kids. In most cases it will settle as the child grow older.
As a first line measure try reducing the amount of fluids your child drinks 1-2 hours before bed. Also avoid carbonated drinks and caffeine.
You can try over the counter available alarm device, which is effective and it is quite effective in many cases.
In certain cases drugs like Desmopressin may be required. But it is a prescription drug and you must consult a paediatrician before starting medical management.
Thanks
