Psychological anxiety is the most common cause for the PME in general. You can consult a psychiatric specialist for the same.

There are set of special exercises called Kegel exercises for PME. You can search for the same in youtube a better visual demonstration. These exercises are effective in both organic and psychological causes for PME.
