Brief Answer:
Avoid the allergen

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Best treatment is to avoid the allergen. Please fogure out what is causing the allergy and avoid it. It could be some food item like nuts, chocolates, etc. It could also be some medicine or chemical. It could be dust pollen etc.
Test are also available to know the allergen. A dermatologist can help find the exact diagnosis - whether it is allergy or something else.

Meanwhile you can take the following medicine:
- Tab Cetirizine 5 mg once a day/ as required for allergy
- Hydrocortisone 2% cream BD for local application of red rashes as required. It should not be continued for more than 7 days continuous as it can cause some skin changes.

For prevention of acute breathing difficulty in case of anaphylaxis like allergy, you should keep an injection of adrenaline with you 24/7

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
