Question : Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Use of Tyrosine isomer is safe in your condition but the dose should be limited to 150 mg per Kg per day in divided dosages. I mean to say that if you are 60 Kg female you can use around 8-9 gram of tyrosine per day. Since tyrosine is abundant in many food products care should be exercised to not cross the total l tyrosine limit for a day. To be safer side I feel 2 gram thrice a day will be sufficient to fulfil your needs for enhanced mental performance.

Although none of the current products have any significant interaction with L tyrosine I feel limiting the number of supplements will be wise decision as we do not have adequate research data for multiple supplement use.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.

Hello, I am taking 1.5 mg vraylar in the morning for schizoaffective disorder, 100 mg luvox in the morning for OCD, 150 mg wellbutrin XL in the morning for depression, 0.5 mg klonopin in the morning and 1 mg at night for anxiety, 150 mg trileptal in the morning and 300 mg at night for mood stabilization, and 5 mg propranolol in the morning and 10 mg at night for tachycardia. I also take a gummy multivitamin, 200 % vitamin C, and 230 mg of magnesium glycinate in the afternoon, and a fruits and vegetables supplement in the morning and afternoon. I wanted to know if it is okay to take l-tyrosine with my medications. If so, what dosage? If not, I can give up one or two of my supplements if that would make the addition of l-tyrosine safer. I plan on stopping the magnesium glycinate anyways. Please tell me if it is possible to add l-tyrosine to my medications and if so, what dosage.
