Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here i my advice.
As per reports, findings of CT scan done on 10th april and 4th july are almost same.
It indicates fluid collection and cavity in left side of lung with pleural(lung wall) thickening.
For further assessment, ultrasound guided biopsy was advised which shows no evidence of malignancy/cancer or granuloma(found in Tuberculosis). Along this, XPERT TB PCR report and MGIT culture do not show TB bacilli or acid fast bacilli.
So I would suggest you to consult with chest physician for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
