Your high microalbumin to creatinine ratio could be due to early diabetic nephropathy.

To prevent kidney damage in future you need to control diabetes through medication.
Loose weight if you are obese.
Regular exercise also advisable.

It's advisable to investigate further with serum urea, creatinine estimation and egfr estimation also.
