Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection and oral herpes possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I think you are having an urinary tract infection taking count that you mentioned blood and protein in urine.
You should do an urine analysis and uroculture to find the right antibiotic which works on it.
The irritation around mouth ,sores, teeth sensitivity may be caused by oral herpes.
Even the burning in eyes may be related to it.
Acyclovir may be taken to help recovering.
I think that loss of sensation when you need to urinate is not related to UTI.
If you could explain it better how it is happening in order that I can understand it better.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

UTI has been negative. I can't feel when I need to urinate anymore. I don't get the feeling of having a full bladder or having to urinate. Does night sweats play into anything?

An MRI may be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think you should get further evaluated.
The lack of feeling during urination may be caused by nerve compression.
Do an MRI of the lower abdomen to check the kidney and bleeder conditions and to check for possible masses also.
