Best treatment of dust allergy is avoid dust exposure.
So do following things to prevent dust allergy.
1. Use air purifier at home.
2. Wear face mask when outside of home.
3. Avoid dusting in home. Use vacuum cleaner instead of dusting.
4. Clean AC filters in home and in car regularly.
5. Wash your face with water everytime you come home from outside.
6. Do steam inhalation and warm water gargles at night. This is helpful for all allergies.
