Question : * Could you please guide me through the excercises that can be taken during pregnancy?

Hi,
I do not recommend specific exercise at 4 weeks pregnancy. There are few exercise to strengthen pelvic floor muscles; but they will benefit you after 30 weeks of pregnancy.
Continue to take folic acid supplement and visit your obstetrician for regular antenatal check ups.
