Are you certain about how far along you are? That hCG level does fit with a pregnancy at 6 weeks. Please provide the following:
1. What is you due date?
2. What was the date of the most recent ultrasound?
3. What was the date of the hCG level?

So, let me summarize:

1. Due date is 11/1/13
2. You are supposed to be 6 6/7 weeks today
3. At 6 4/7 weeks you had an ultrasound that showed a normal fetal heart rate
4. You report the HCG level at 1300

Ignoring the HCG level, this is a reassuring story. Bleeding in the first trimester is common, and in many cases it is not an indication of miscarriage. Perhaps the units for the HCG are different for Canada, but this number seems abnormally low. If you have the units that would be reported right after the value, this might help me to help you further.
