Question : Dear sir, My Wife is pregnant so please guide me regarding her health and also i want the diet chart for her health.

There are more than many necessary tasks to be performed in pregnancy.

Regular physical examination
Blood tests like CBC, Thyroid, Infectious diseases
Vaccination
Nutrition supplements
Medications to treat deficiencies
Ultrasound scans atleast at 3rd, 5th and 8th month
Counselling on breast feeding and baby care etc

Do consult a gynecologist for the above. Also do consult our Dietitian in the website for a detailed diet chart considering her age, gestation age and other physical parameters.
