                                    Hi,
I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 years ago and had taken birth control pills to regulate it for a few months. I wasn't diagnosed with thyroid back then but had issues in insulin test. But it is 4 years ago.
I have period issues on and off since 4 years but this time it is since 15 days that I have spotting and having intermittent bleeding. How do I stop this as its very difficult to deal with this now. I am sexually active
My weight is 59 and height 5 1

You will need medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
I can understand your situation.
PCOS cannot be cured but can be controlled with medicines.
In your case it is due to hormonal variations due to PCOS.
You will need a gynaec check up directly as to decide on tablets.Initially hormones may be taken .The tablet and dose varies from person to person.
You may continue with oc pills like XXXXXXX for some time to regularise your cycles.
I hope my answer helps you.
You definitely need a direct check up with gynaecologist.
