Hello,

For a proper opinion, full echo report is required as I want to know the gradient across LVOT, LV wall thickness, and other echo parameters. The images attached by you is insufficient.

Also, I would like to know what kind of symptoms are you experiencing like giddiness or chest pain or breathlessness etc.

Kindly upload the ECG, full echo report and required information.

Hello Doctor,
thank you. In fact I dont have the full echo report. From what I understand is that the HCM is very minimal and no obstruction. Unfortunately I have not been provided with a full report. I am on Ramipril 1.25 MG.

As for Symptoms I have nothing mentionned only slight ectopics which the cardiologist discarded to be related to the HCM but mostly to Anxiety.

I just connected here for some reassurance. For info I have the same type of diagnostic from 2 cardiologist

Hi,

Without the proper echo report and no symptoms of chest discomfort or giddiness except for occasional ectopic I have to go with the opinion of your treating doctor as there is no significant issues.

Just keep reviewing with echo every 6 months or when any symptoms occurs and keep continuing with the medication which you are currently taking.

Just relax and stop worrying, you will be fine.
