Brief Answer:
Aphthous Ulcer most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome,

I appreciate your concern...

Based on the image you uploaded and the description you gave, it's most likely an aphthous ulcer. B-COMPLEX VITAMINS (including vitamin B 1, B6 and B 12) and FOLIC ACID supplementation would be required.

OINTMENT containing cetalkonium chloride and choline salicylate (eg. Bonjela, you can ask for other trade names in your local area) can be applied locally for the pain and burning/irritation.

Antibiotics like Doxycycline can be prescribed by the local physician if the lesions persist. Tobacco chewing, alcohol and smoking should be strictly avoided.

If the lesions still persist, then an oral brush biopsy would be indicated to rule out any other pathology, in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
