Based on the history you have shared, morphine or morphine derived analgesics have been characteristically associated with nausea and for that purpose usually intravenous administration is also accompanied with an anti emetics like dimenhydrinate or prochlorperazine.
Orally the same protocol can be followed by motility agents like domperidone can be used before meals.
