Question : today my left leg started feeling like I pulled a muscle. and I have a lump on the side of it. could have a blood clot.

Hi, thank you for your question.

Blood clots takes few days to develop.
It is most likely partially torn muscle with small localised bleeding which will give the felling of a lump in your leg.

I advise applying ice and light bandage to the area and if it is getting worse rather than better then consider ultrasound scan.
