It is possible that you have a chlamydia infection and there are no pus cells in the urine. The chlamydia infection may not have any symptoms.
General urine test suggests an infection or presence of blood in the urine. This can be due to a variety of infections.
Less than 5 pus cells in urine rules out a main infection but it is best to have a chlamydia test to rule out any dormant infection.
