Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this rash that you have reported. The best approach to a rash is to be able to see it. This helps with diagnosis and treatment. I recommend you upload an image to us for review and guidance. This can be done on the portal or you could email to customer service with directives to add to your query.
As soon as the image gets here, I will review and provide more personalized and helpful tips. In the interim, avoid picking on the rash and making it wet as this increases the chances of an infection. Also, Benadryl might help with the itches in the interim before further recommendations are made.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi and thanks for uploading the images.
I have reviewed them. These rashes, though ruptured seem concerning for molluscum. I will suggest you follow up with a dermatologist for further evaluation. In the interim, hygiene is very important to prevent further a germ getting through the openings created by the rash into the skin.
I will like to hear what the final diagnosis is. Keep me updated, please.
