Brief Answer:
Insect bite reaction or eczematous rash, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be either insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or an eczematous rash.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is it associated with itching or burning?
Are they solid bumps or fluid filled blisters?
Is any body site involved?
Is there any history of excessive sun exposure?
Have you taken any medicines prior to the eruption of the rash?
Do you have any other ailments?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction, topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be an allergic reaction.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 7-10 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
