Question : Recently had a transvaginal ultrasound done and it said no abnormalities, but on it was a small multioculated cyst tht was seen. The radiologist, and my dr do not seem concerned...wen I Googled multocculated didn't seem good...everything else the uterus, and wht not was normal....thoughts?

Do ca 125 test to be certain.

Hello dear,

Most of the multioculated cysts are benign.
If the radiologist and gynaecologist don't seem concerned I think it is nothing to worry about.
Anyway I think you may need to do CA 125 test which is a tumoural marker used to check for malignant ovarian cyst
