Brief Answer:
Explained below,

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You seem to have your total cholesterol to be slightly elevated. This can be managed with proper lifestyle modifications.
- Avoid fried and oily foods.
- Engage in a daily minimum of 30 mins of brisk walking.
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables along with fiber rich foods.
- Try reducing your weight if you are overweight.
You can repeat your lipid profile after 2-3 months to check your response.

In relation to the Vitamin D levels, you seem to have vitamin deficiency. I would suggest you to take D-VION, one packet once weekly, for 4 weeks. This should help in replenishing your vitamin D stores.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards
