Hi Sjolley,

Welcome to healthcare magic Physician's desk!
The problem is due to scratching related excoriations and not due to veins as such.
The bumps may be due to allergy, local infection or scabies.
You should dust powder ABSORB / MYCODERM locally for 10 days
and Tablet Levocetirizine5mg daily at bed time for 15days
in supervision of your clinician.

I think the advise would be helpful for you.

If you still have queries if any, please feel free to communicate back.
