Question : This happenes a few days ago I noticed, I have a red ruff spots on both buttocks cheeks and also red open crack on my buttocks crack could this just be chaftting of the skin I am a little over weight I have been reading up on this and that seeems to be the best possible answer.

The area of groin and around buttock is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.

Treatment can be with anti fungal powder.

Various anti fungal powders like candid, clodid etc are available.

These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
