Question : about a week ago a reddish lump came up. it is now about a half dollar size now is leaking a mixture of blood and some yellowish substance.

Hello

It looks like an abscess to me according to your description.
I would like to know the site on which the lump is there
Whether it is associated with fever or not

It is better to show it to your doctor and get investigations like CBC done.

Till then you can apply anti inflammatory and analgesic
