Question : i had unprotected sex, my penis the past few months has a weird fish smell, tip is red, just feels like somthing is stabbing at it when im just sitting around, burns some what, ive noticed really small bumps at the tip and side of it..

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand your concern.

First and most important thing is, do not indulge in unprotected sexual intercourse, as it exposes you to a variety of sexually transmitted diseases including HIV, Hepatitis B and so on.

Now coming to your present problem.

You most probably have a local infection (Fungal along with a super-added bacterial infection).

You will need prescription antibiotics to get rid of this problem.

For local application you can use mupirocin+metronidazole ointments for two weeks.

You should consult your local dermatologist for a complete physical examination and proper diagnosis.

It is imperative that you consult with a dermatologist/STD specialist at your locality.

You might as well need a few blood investigations done along with an urine routine exam and culture and sensitivity from the lesions on the glans penis.
