Brief Answer:
Needs physical examination to see if there is a wound inside vagina

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the query, I understand your concern for your girlfriend.

I am unfortunately not going to be of much help in this situation as she requires to be seen in person by a gynaecologist to make sure there is no injury inside her vagina.

If it is not injury, it could be due to infection.

It is not possible to ascertain the real cause for such vaginal bleeding without physical examination.

If the bleeding is not severe, your girlfriend can wash with normal water and see if that clears the bleeding.

In any case, it is best to visit your local doctor and get her examined to see if there is any injury inside and treat it accordingly.

I hope this makes sense.

Best wishes
