                                            1. Excision biopsy is suggested.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. Since this a recurrent blister, it will be better to go in for an excision biopsy.
2. The area is difficult to visualize and examine. Hence it may not show up even on a close-up image.
3. As it is sore, it is unlikely to be cancerous, more likely an infected lymphoid follicle, an apthous (canker) sore or a epidermoid cyst (the white skin like contents).
4. To investigate the dry mouth, rule out diabetes, snoring/ mouth breathing, decreased salivary flow, acid reflux and dehydration.
5. Nutritional deficiencies may also cause frequent apthous ulcers. supplements, medicated gargles and local application of medical grade liquid glycerine may speed up healing.
I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
